PLATE UP FOR VERDANSK | BLACK OPS 6: WARZONE

To get fans excited for Verdansk’s Return we celebrated our community by giving them the chance to carve their name into Call of Duty history.

Plate Up For Verdansk was an incredible livestream where players could get their gamertag cut into one of the largest armor plates in the world.

In real-time, for 12 HOURS STRAIGHT, our live stream hosted thousands of fans as they input their names into our system while a large laser cutter cemented them into metal, to be remembered forever.

With over 30k players submitting for the chance! (It was a long day)

Our 12 hour event streamed live across Twitch and Youtube,
holding viewers attention as they watched anxiously to see if their name was chosen.

 

Custom CTA drivers reached out across social throughout the stream,
pulling more fans in to see the epic community carving.

 
 
 
 

The final build held over three thousand player names carved onto one of the largest armor plates ever made.

Fans could pinch, zoom, and explore an 8k asset to see if their names literally made the cut.

 
 
 

For the final moment, live on stream, we hid a secret CTA only revealed when lit from behind, “PLATE UP FOR VERDANSK.”
