To build hype for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and set the stage for the near-future world, we blurred fiction with reality positioning the game’s central antagonist, The Guild, as a real, “trustworthy” tech company.

Through an integrated company website, partnerships, and a brand new IG account, we launched The Guild out into the world, leveraging culture’s fears on AI, the lies of big-tech, and more to establish our mission.

 

On TheGuild.io, we set the tone, bringing fear to the forefront with our “FEAR IS EVERYWHERE” film.
Fans could explore The Guild, get first looks at in-game teases through consumer product pages, and more.

 

Across social we continued to bring The Guild into our reality by partnering with publications
like Forbes, Wired, and Pubity to create thought-provoking content.

We then worked with podcasters and influencers to post reactions,
helping fuel excitement and buzz around humanity’s only hope — The Guild.
